Documentation

Observing the natural world - a pastime enjoyed from a very young age -
was the basis of an ability to pay attention to detail, to perceive subtle differences, and to notice how things change. The drive to remember and share observations naturally led to becoming a documentarian. Taking pictures certainly helped!

Stream flow, water levels, vegetation cover, land use, bloom time, dominant phytoplankton... Everything changes! Even the big rocks at Utica Resevoir.
